Недеља православља – The Sunday of Orthodoxy

Драга браћо и сестре,

У недељу 1. марта, са почетком у 18 часова, са благословом Његовог Високопреосвештенства Митрополита Митрофана, у нашем храму, саборно ћемо прославити Недељу православља, празник победе Православне вере над свим јересима.

У овогодишњем празновању, заједно са свештенством из наше помесне Цркве, учешће ће узети и друге православне јурисдикције и то: Руска Загранична Црква, Антиохијска Патријаршија, Грузијска Црква и Америчка Православна Црква.

Вечерње богослужење са литијом око храма почиње у 18 часова.

За ову прилику понесите иконе од куће које ћемо заједно носити у литији.

Након богослужење сестре из КСС припремиће посну закуску за све.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Mitrofan, on Sunday, March 1 at 6 pm, we’ll celebrate the Sunday of Orthodoxy — the feast of the victory of the Orthodox Faith over all heresies.

In this year’s celebration, together with the clergy of our local Church, we will also be joined by representatives of other Orthodox jurisdictions: the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, the Antiochian Patriarchate, the Georgian Orthodox Church, and the Orthodox Church in America.

The Festal Vespers service, followed by a procession around the Church, will begin at 6:00 PM.

For this occasion, please bring icons from your homes, which we will carry together in the procession.

Following the service,the Lenten fellowship meal will follow.
